Our team has carried out the assembly and integration of a CTL (Cut-to-Length) line in Sagunto (Valencia), designed to process metal coils and transform them into flat sheets cut with high precision.
A CTL line integrates various systems that operate in perfect synchronization: uncoiling, leveling, and stress relief of the material; high-precision feeding and measurement; cross-cutting; and subsequent stacking of the finished sheets.
The scope of our work included the installation of the line, two hydraulic units, electrical cabinets, safety guards, perimeter fencing, panels, and auxiliary components, as well as the integration of a hydraulic leveling machine and a new flying shear.
The result is an industrial process capable of transforming large steel coils into flat sheets with high dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and productivity.
To carry out the project, a specialized technical team has been dispatched to Sagunto, consisting of professionals with extensive experience in mechanical and hydraulic assembly, industrial electrical work, adjustment, alignment, and the integration of process lines.
This team is prepared to work directly on-site, coordinate the various aspects of the installation, and tackle complex industrial projects from initial setup through the final adjustments prior to commissioning.
